Low Pulse Rate At Night Why Do I Feel So Horrible?

Why do i feel so horrible? - low pulse rate at night

I have so strange lately. Here are my symptoms have a weak pulse, as in 55-60, fatigue, weakness, and can not sleep at night. I also like chest pain, which currently spans the first place. Even at night I am on a roller coaster. Please help. What do not you think me to be wrong?
