Help! I live in a foot of the old designs from the basement apartment. My neighbors smoke tobacco, cannabis and deep, all Fry - basically just sucks! For most of the year, I have no problem, I shut all my wind (from the same oven). I think either open! But this week is 30 degrees and my house is freezing. I bought a heater, good size, but against my lease so I tried to hide it. : Germ Energy (The windows are about 40 years and will be. I tried to burn around the projects, but that does not seem to make 100%. All the tips to keep warm on Christmas?

Get help with insulating curtains designs. Dressing in several layers of warm clothing. Wear a hat half if very cold. You lose most body heat through the top of the head. Sip hot soup broth.
I have the same problem with my house. Im not sure stinking neighbors, but Windows should not be too difficult. You can buy a kit for the isolation of shop windows to seal I got mine from Home Depot, which at the windows. set only a few minutes and all you need is a hair dryer.
Number One! Boiling water on the stove (very easy to heat the house)
NUMBER TWO take plastic (such as mites do not rap ba good option to go with garbage bags) and store them in blocking the visibility window outside Ur COMPELTELY

is easy to wear more clothes! to try and work out. U could dance in the hall of the Uruguay Round as well. U should heat the water when nobody in the house and live happily.
Now it could be on the smell, or the window open very early in the morning so u can find the space a little. I know that sounds logical, but what can I do with or smell?
