I want to keep some of the fruits of the season. I have the bottles, but not the pot. Is it just a pot with very large or special features?

It is automatic and does all the work for you is what makes it special. You can use the same thing with a large pot with a lid and a rack in the background.
What will get a kit to? We use a kettle-old grandmother with a rack in the bottom for packaging in cold, warm. A pressure cooker for things that are pressed! One kit does all the work? What will they think of next!
